The guarantee applies only to orders placed through the official website.

- Request made within 60 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund
- Locate your order confirmation email, which contains your order number and purchase date.
- Email support@gluccobliss.com with the order number in the subject line.
- State your request. One sentence is sufficient; detailed justification is not required.
- Support responds within one to two business days and will guide you through the remaining steps.
- Once approved, funds return to your original payment method. Bank processing typically takes five to ten business days.
What is refunded
- Refunded: the product price paid.
- Not refunded: shipping charges already incurred, where applicable.

Not covered
- Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or any third-party seller. There is no order record for these, so they cannot be refunded.

Damaged or incorrect orders
